If an event completely cancels, and is not rescheduled, then you will receive a credit for the total of your order minus shipping charges. You must return the tickets within seven days to receive that credit. You should make sure you can track the return shipment to us.
If only part of an event cancels, no refunds are issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
You will only receive money back that equals the face value on the tickets.
